Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) The Promoter of this competition is Buy4Tradies Pty Ltd (ABN 12 649 036 215), whose registered office is Suite 8, 924 Pacific Highway, Gordon NSW 2072

Eligibility:

●      This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who hold a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).

●      Entrants must represent a registered trade business operating in Australia.

●      Entrants must provide the name of their trade business at the time of entry and may be required to provide proof of their ABN upon request by Buy4Tradies.

●      Employees of Buy4Tradies, their immediate family members and any employees of Buy4Tradies’ preferred partners is not eligible to enter the competition.

Entry:

●      There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

●      By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

●      The competition will be hosted on the Buy4Tradies website: https://buy4tradies.com.au.

●      Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

●      By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information by Buy4Tradies for the administration and management of the competition.

●      Participants further agree to receive communication from Buy4Tradies relating to the business, including promotional content. Buy4Tradies assures that personal information will not be shared with any third-party preferred partner without participants consent.

Key dates:

●      This competition starts on 1 October 2024 and the closing date for entries is 11:59 PM (AEDT) on Sunday, 24 November 2024. No entries received after this date will be considered.

●      The draw will take place at 17/3 Vuko Place Warriewood, NSW 2102 on Monday 25 November 2024, where one winner will be chosen randomly and notified by phone call.

●      The winner will have 90 days to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed after 90 days, a redraw will take place on Monday 24th February 2025.

Competition rules:

●      The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

●      Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible.

●      The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details provided to entrants by any third party connected with this competition.

Prize:

●      The prize is as stated: a gift card for Total Tools to the value of $2,000

●      Total Tools gift card is accepted at all Total Tools stores and is redeemable in-store or online.

●      The Total Tools gift card will have 36 months validity from the date of purchase.

●      The use of the Total Tools gift card must be done in accordance to the Total Tools gift card terms and conditions, which can be found here (https://www.totaltools.com.au/gift-card-terms-and-conditions)

●      No cash or other alternatives will be offered.

●      Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value without notice.

●      Southern Cross Austereo & Triple M Radio have no affiliation with Buy4Tradies, nor are they liable for the competition prize.

●      Total Tools has no affiliation with Buy4Tradies.

●      Buy4Tradies has purchased the competition prize at its full retail value and assumes full responsibility for the procurement of said prize, ensuring no discount or special treatment was received in the acquisition process.

●      Buy4Tradies is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of the prize gift card. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Winner selection:

●      Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents.

Legal:

●      The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Publicity:

●      The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material related to the competition.

●      Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
